Are you seeking a space to heal, grow, and reconnect with your God-given strength? Join us for The Healing Circle, a transformative women’s group rooted in faith, compassion, and emotional restoration.

This gentle, trauma-informed gathering is designed to help women understand how trauma affects the body, mind, and spirit — and how healing is possible through scripture, prayer, and self-compassion.

What trauma is and how it impacts your brain, body, and emotions
Biblical truths that support healing and hope
Coping skills like prayer, grounding, and emotional regulation
Releasing shame and cultivating self-compassion
Reclaiming strength, identity, and purpose
