When Robin Coggins was named a Prom LCD Foundation Recipient, it marked more than a moment of recognition—it signaled the beginning of a powerful journey shaped by discipline, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Now, as she prepares to graduate from Bennett College on May 26, Robin stands as a living testament to what becomes possible when opportunity meets determination.

 Throughout her collegiate journey, Robin has consistently excelled academically, earning both the Honor Roll and the Dean’s List.  These achievements reflect not only her intellectual strength but also her resilience, focus, and dedication to her craft. As a Journalism and Media Studies major, she has embraced the responsibility of using her voice—and the power of storytelling—to inform, uplift, and inspire.

Her impact extends far beyond the classroom. Robin is also a recipient of the prestigious Tiffany & Company About Love Scholarship, an honor reserved for students who embody purpose-driven leadership and a commitment to meaningful change. This recognition affirms what those who know her already understand: Robin is not simply preparing for a career—she is preparing to leave a mark.

Robin’s journey reflects the very heart of the LCD Foundation’s mission. She is proof that when young people are supported, encouraged, and believed in, they rise—often beyond what anyone imagined.

LCD Foundation is proud to recognize and celebrate the incredible generosity and commitment of Gairie and Attallah High, who made a meaningful impact on this year’s Annual Bookbag Drive.

Traveling all the way from Georgia, Gairie and Attallah High personally delivered 100 bookbags to support students served by LCD Foundation. This thoughtful contribution goes beyond a donation, t represents dedication, compassion, and a true investment in the success of young learners.

Each bookbag helps equip a student with essential tools needed for a successful academic year, easing the burden on families and ensuring children can walk into the classroom confident and prepared.

This act of kindness reflects the power of community and the difference that committed individuals can make when they show up with purpose. The journey from Georgia to contribute in person speaks volumes about their passion for uplifting others and supporting education.

The Global Dynamic Prayer Call, founded in South Carolina by Elder Camille Ross‑Johnson and Mother Ross, is a powerful intercessory movement now spotlighted on the LCD Foundation website. What began as a local call to prayer has grown into a global gathering of believers who unite daily to seek God, stand in the gap, and release His power across nations.
